Carmen Stoltz

Carmen was born in Pretoria, grew up in Witbank, and has called Cape Town home since 2017. With 16 years in recruitment - six of those specializing in medical placements—she brings deep industry experience alongside her background in bookkeeping and administration.

As a Recruitment Administrator, she manages HR systems, screens candidates, arranges interviews, verifies credentials, and supports onboarding. She also provides critical administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations.

She enjoys working with diverse teams, seeing different cultural perspectives as a source of innovation. She values the opportunity to learn from international business practices and problem-solve in recruitment.
