Originally from Chester in the UK, Michelle grew up in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, where she spent her days outside with friends, rollerblading, swimming, and body-surfing at the beach. Her love for the ocean and travel hasn’t faded—she still finds joy in exploring new cultures and the coastlines.
With a career foundation in sales and marketing, Michelle’s experience has led her to discover her passion in recruitment. Now, she works tirelessly to help others find their ideal roles, managing a constant flow of interviews, client calls, and candidate matches. Michelle finds this work deeply rewarding, especially in a diverse team that reflects the cultural richness of South Africa.
